The Serenity Program is a collection of 4 online courses based on building an individual toolkit of serenity strategies to build a more mindful, slower paced life. Each is a standalone course.
Relax, refresh your thinking when you join Ruth on a course devised to facilitate mindful living.
Each course focuses on a different theme such as exploring what makes us happy or resilience and bouncing back ‘when the going gets tough.’

All the courses include strategies (tools) which you can add to your personal ‘Toolkit’ of Serenity Strategies.

About Ruth
Ruth has offered training in developing a skillset to support others through reflective practice for many years. This new set of courses takes a different route focusing on strategies which link to everyday life, drawing on the literature around self-development and professional experience.
Ruth has an MA (Master of Arts) in Professional Training and Development where she focused on reflective practice and mentoring studies.
Informative, Practical and Relaxed
The courses are designed to give you practical ideas and information in a relaxed and reflective way.
You will get an e-Workbook to use through during the course and a PDF of the course content as a memory jogger for the future. There is opportunity to network in conversations with other attendees in a small group.
Please note: These strategies based courses are not a treatment program and focused on your self development and reflection on life.
There are 4 courses making up the Serenity Program. These are offered via Teams or Zoom, with opportunities to network with other attendees.
